wow you must have so much free time!! :p

I think everyone has half an hour a day to spare!! I’ve been revising like crazy for my a-level exam tomorrow and i’ve still had time to do two work outs, watch three episodes of breaking bad and clean my room haha!

What type of excercises do you do? Please can you recommend some good workouts I want your body!!!x

I try to work out everyday, this is typically my routine:

5 mins of flat out cardio, followed by 200+ squats, then 360+ hip lifts, followed by 2 mins of leg raises on all fours not dropping your leg below knee height. Then another 2 mins worth of fire hydrant to the side, extending the leg before you bring it back (not letting the knee touch down on the side you are working). Then 3 mins of low horizontal leg scissors, followed by two mins of leg extensions on your back and another 2 mins of cycling leg extensions remaining on your back. Then 30 reps each side of pulsing in a lunge position, then 200+ more squats and a bit of yoga to cool down. Comes to just over 30 mins. I worked out the reps from the length of the songs I work out to thats why they arn’t exact :) I work to the same playlist each time. Hope this helps anyway haha, very specific! Thanks so much!! But remember that losing weight is 20% training and 80% diet, so you gotta eat clean!!x
